These are a full set of sequential gen-circuits entirely
from defaults, with no hierarchy.  The script used
to generate them is:

X100K = fsm_circ { name="x100K"; n=100000; } ;
output(circuit(X100K));

where the "100" varies from 002 to 200.

The naming convention is 
	xkkkKy.blif 
where
	x   is always "x"
	kkk is the size in thousands of LUTs
	K   is always "K"
	y   is "a", "b", ... different for each
		circuit of the same size.

The circuit format is ".net" format.  Not the
vpr kind of .net, but the one used by partitioning
researchers.
