Information and documents, available in online and/or printed form, cover topics such as resources (Internet Resource Guide), contacts at the mid-level networks and at local campuses and institutions, and network status reports. When prospective or current users do not know whom to call concerning their questions about NSFNET use, they should contact the NNSC. Online information is available from the Info-Server, an automated program which distributes documents in response to specially formatted messages.
