This directory contains postscript files (plain and compressed) for
Technical Report CSRI-351.

The title of the Tech Report is "All of us are smarter than any of us:
more on the robustness of the Consensus hierarchy (Part II)" and the
authors are Wai-Kau Lo and Vassos Hadzilacos.

The files in this directory are

1) hier2.ps.gz (129462 bytes, compressed postscript --- using "gzip")
2) hier2.ps.Z  (172904 bytes, compressed postscript --- using "compress")
3) hier2.ps    (408348 bytes, postscript)
4) abstract   (906 bytes, ascii file containing just the paper's abstract)
5) README     (920 bytes, the ascii file you are reading right now!)

1-3 contain the same information in different formats.

1-2 must be ftp'ed in binary mode (use the "set bin" ftp command).
3-5 may be ftp'ed in ascii mode.
