This directory contains files for Technical Report CSRG-440, entitled
"Essay Assessment with Latent Semantic Analysis", by Tristan Miller.

The contents of the directory are as follows:

0) README       (  1 KB -- the ASCII file you are currently reading)
1) abstract.txt	(  1 KB -- the ASCII version of the report's abstract) 
2) tr440.ps	(186 KB -- the PostScript version of the report)
3) tr440.ps.Z	( 91 KB -- the PostScript compressed with "compress")
4) tr440.ps.gz	( 76 KB -- the PostScript compressed with "gzip")

If you have the UNIX "gunzip" or "uncompress"  program, get the file
"tr440.ps.gz" or "tr440.ps.Z", respectively.  Remember to transfer the
file in binary mode.  After the transfer, use "gunzip"  or "uncompress" to
extract the original document, then print it on a PostScript printer. 

If you do not have either of the programs above, get the file "tr440.ps"
in ASCII mode and print it on a PostScript printer.
