the operating practices of Alternate Operator Services is on line. It is

The order came out in April, 1989, but is quite long, so it is stored there
instead of being duplicated here. It is in three parts, and went out as a
three part special edition to TELECOM Digest readers on Sunday, April 9, 1989.
