This is the text of Andy Tannenbaum's Amoeba book, as ftp'd from
spam.itstd.sri.com and then formatted into PostScript locally. I
renamed the files slightly (to all have two digits) in order to make
generating the postscript easier, and fixed the "00" to reflect the
correct page numbers (the distributed "0" file is in "00.original").

 "run" is Andy Tannenbaum's original formatting script. "run-book" is
a generic script I used to generate the postscript; it attempts to
correctly number pages in the output files and requires that you have
the Transcript "psdit" command (and may depend on V8 troffisms).
