Instructions:

Please download all files into your directory. Run XSB Prolog in
unix environment, e.g., xsb -i. In Prolog prompt, take the following
steps:
1. Consult the "prot3" module, i.e., consult(prot3) or [prot3].
2. Call "install" in the next prompt. (You need to do this only if you run
	it in the first time).
3. Call "init".

Then, the Transaction Logic program has set up.
